KANTZEEWAI, Mid-season. (Chris Yates) Fragrant Rose x Hambleton [2.32.97]. A beautiful show flower that caused quite a stir when shown at the RHS Daffodil Show. The perianth segments are lemon yellow and overlapping half way at the back; the inners are slightly narrower and the whole perianth is extremely smooth. The funnel-shaped corona is yellow at the base and has a band of strong apricot pink at the rim giving the flower a dramatic look.
